haha... personal trainer is weisheng lah.. PE teacher mah him. so...of cos no need to pay. wanna go gym cos i wanna lose those flabs! wanna tone up a little esp the waist and arms and thighs... this week going to do intensive.. three times... hopefully it works hahah

hmm... no carolling this year... all old lioa... the idea of staying up and all is abit too challenging for us.. perhaps a quiet dinner to share about the whole year event and how God's grace has brought is through...would be a better one than the 'thorning' at people's place:) hai~ old liao...

change of job scope? glad it's for the better... at elast in the mdst of the terrible workload, you'll know something good is coming out of it. work hard but dun over work yourself man... (psst, you also tender loh.. then maybe your boss will give u a better deal to keep you...heeh)
