A GREAT DAY
okie people... so much to say today. And I am blogging entirely because of Weilin. Yes, weilin, i'm blogging to answer ur queries about the spa.
SPA:
It is really good. The place is nice. Stepping in already relaxes me a little ( rite, mei?). Then the therapist also very friendly. They let us change into the robes, put our belongings in locker... then went to the personal room. It was full body massage actually... for this offer, no spa included. About an hour, with some lavendar smelling lotion/oil. It was good. After that, we were given ginger tea, like all massage palour... then the persuading of the packgae began. Well... it was not really forced down on us... just that I was quite interested also so decided to ask and find out more... in the end we spoke o the girl for about 45 mins. The deal is really cool. $37.50 per session. ( anything u choose: facial spa, slimming treatment, body wraps, various treatments, scrubs... i think 72 to choose from) U can do any number of treatments, as and when u like. but $37.5 per treatment lar. The catch is that have to pay for 26 sessions minimum. can pay instalment for 6 mths, 1 yr or 2 yrs up to us. We were super tempted BUt because of the location we know it will be difficult for us to come often... oh and when u go, u can go for the jacuzzi and steam bath for FREE. yeah.... so tempted as we were, we gave up... and THE GIRL CHANGED FACE IMMEDIATELY... nvm about that... so Weilin u can go ask about it if u are interestd. i think the deal is pretty good. If u sign up can also transferable... like ur mum can go, we can go but we pay u back the money like that lar... haha... but if u are not interested in taking up the packgae, u can just tell them straight then won't waste time.
SALSA:
I took up salsa class recently. Today is the first session. Mei and I went to hunt down a pair of strappy heels withing 45 mins.. whew... Anyway i was thinking if we can really dance well, can dance during my wedding! hahah... there are 12 people of my family that signed up for this. so we made up a large proportion of the class.maybe that's why it's less stressful and more fun. haah...
Wedding:
Mei said that i have not told u guys the date? I thought I did. Anyway it is on the 9th of June 2007. sat. And we will be getting the keys to our house in mid october. After that reno and all will start. So exciting. We have booked our hotel too. It's Raffles Hotel. Dunno if the food is good but we love the ambience and the 2 nite suite stay that they are giving us. on top of that another anniversary nite suite stay and fine dining at Raffles Grill. So quite happy. Will update more as time progresses.

yeah! today the 1/2 day i took was definitely worth it..the massage was really good.. the masseur kept saying my body vy tense..muz go more massage la..hee.. but she quite a nice lady..and not painful wor.. (the last massage i went was super uncomfortable and painful) haa..
as wat ting say, the package was really tempting but it just doesnt match my timing wor.. cos sunday closed then at orchard area, will be lazy to go lor..unless i've got companion like u all to go with me..hee.. but weilin, u can try and see if u like it.. can help to relieve stress wor.. :) feeling so relaxed now.. :)time to zzzz...nitey..
